If you are not happy with your purchase we will take it back! B Cheeky offers returns on all full price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original boxesand/or packaging included. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. B Cheeky reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
All items marked "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that due to our strict hygiene policy, all accessories including bras inserts, nipple covers, tapes, and serums may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless you have received damaged, defective, or wrong items and should be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
For everything else, we pride ourselves on our customer service. Should you be at all dissatisfied, we promise to make your return experience an easy one. To initiate a return, please email customerservice@b-cheeky.com with your order number and reason for return.
To return your items online, log in to your account and place a return request. If you do not have an account, click here to create a new one using the email address you placed your order with.
All returns are shipped back to our warehouse. Once your return is delivered, please allow 7 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from. The refund may take 3-5 business days to go back into your account.
We do not cover return shipping fees.
EXCHANGES
B Cheeky offers free exchanges on UK orders. There is no return shipping or restocking fee for exchanges. Once we receive your item, we will ship out the new one.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
B Cheeky accepts International returns. The customer is responsible for all fees included in the return process.
B Cheeky does not offer exchanges on International orders.
